Overlay Apparel was started to provide high quality apparel to all members of the horse racing community.

I've been a fan of the sport my entire life and became involved in ownership two years ago. I've visited tracks all over the country from New York to Florida to California and everywhere in between. Through my travels I've always disappointed with the quality of apparel that existed within the great sport of racing. Fans were limited to the scarce and often low quality apparel offered in the race track gift shops and owners and forms were limited to printers/embroiderers with fees that often made getting the apparel they need impractical.
